This brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom new build villa is part of the Campo De Golf complex, yes you guessed it, situated on the fringe of the fabulous 18 hole Fuerteventura golf course. Most villa stays require a car for accessibility to the airport, nearby towns and supermarkets and while a car rental is always handy, this villa’s prime location certainly doesn’t need it.  Just a 15 minute transfer from the airport, this transfer costs 15 euros and you can just hop in a taxi from the rank situated right outside the airport. This is a most welcome speedy trip when traveling with small children after the four hour flight from the UK.

The owner, Jo, was super helpful throughout the booking process and offered easy instructions to enter the property, along with essential info such as taxi number (English speaking) and a whole host of restaurant / takeaway options, in a laminated folder in the villa.
The villa exterior is sleek and contemporary with whitewashed exterior with coffee coloured shutters, verandas and doors. There is a roof terrace with stretching views over the Canarian terrain to the front and the prestigious golf course to the back (where the pool is situated) the rear of the property is also decked out with glass wall giving stretching views of the green.
The outside area is super social with six luxury rattan sun beds complete with thick cream comfy cushions with detachable headrests. There’s a crescent shaped seating area with tons of cosy cushions – a great spot to relax and have a morning brew or a sangria of an evening. There’s a formal outdoor dining table which seats 6 and makes for a lovely al fresco dining, along with the stone barbecue.
There are 3 bedrooms; 1 large master with spacious en suite, 1 double, 1 twin. A main bathroom with huge walk in shower, decked out in ice white suite with good storage solutions and cool grey tiles. All bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space.
Even in mid-November the weather was in the mid 20’s so the villa air conditioning was essential if nothing else but to cool the bedroom temperature before sleep.
The kitchen is well equipped with cupboards full of matching crockery and glassware and all the utensils needed for holiday living. Leading off from the kitchen there is an enclosed open air utility space which houses the washing machines and clothes area which is really convenient especially with children in tow.
All in all the interior space has a great flow and with the huge glass doors leading from the lounge overlooking the pool and outdoor lounge areas, it really does champion holiday living and is the perfect family villa – this is certainly a property we will be returning to for our group getaways. From property design, location and layout, this villa really does have it all.
Price: Average £170 per night.
