Step inside the tranquil room situated in John Lewis and you will be instantly transported miles from the stresses of city life and met with a little oasis of calm, the perfect stress-busting antidote to the Olympic- madness that has swept the city.
The treatment begins with a full body massage from a state of the art shiatsu massage chair, which cleverly scans the spine for tense points and knotty muscles before concentrating on these problem areas to gently kneed away tension and tightness in the back and shoulders.
As you recline in the heavenly massage chair the therapist then starts by gently cleansing the feet with an invigorating lime infused mitt, before lavishing them with a cocktail of Elemis Musclease Active oil to relax and ease aches and pains and the cooling, Elemis Instant refreshing gel to refresh and revitalize.
Hot stones are then rolled over the feet to work deep into the muscles, concentrating on the reflexology points in the feet associated with the often tension ridden back and shoulders to induce a deep sense of relaxation.
