Wedding Style: Crowning Glory
How can anyone forget the Beckham wedding, all the way back in 1999? Over 10 years on, and they are still one of the most famous celebrity couples about, which may explain why there is so much buzz around the auctioning off of Victoria’s wedding crown.
Designed by Slim Barrett, the crown was inspired by eastern design and Parisian haute couture, featuring 18-carat latticed yellow gold, set with large brilliant cut diamonds and suspended diamond drops. The crown has already been showcased in the Victoria & Albert Museum and also The Diamond Museum in Antwerp.
Victoria’s wedding crown goes up for auction on the 5th and has been valued between an astonishing £18,000 and £25,000!
