The New Rom-Com from Salvatore Ferragamo
Salvatore Ferragamo tries its hand at film, and the results are truly beautiful. The Italian brand has recently released an eight part romantic comedy online, in a bid to showcase the brand. The rom-com, entitled Walking Stories, follows Sara Campbell, played by Brit beauty Kaya Scodelario, as she falls in love with a mysterious man on their chance encounter in Los Angeles. Fellow Brit, Tom Ellis, who is best known for his role in hit TV show Miranda, plays Kaya’s love interest, and is looking just as handsome as ever.
The film focuses more on creating opportunity for people to engage with the brand, rather than straight up trying to sell them something, however featuring some pretty impressive Salvatore Ferragamo shoes, they are not made the main focus. Shot in some absolutely stunning locations, from Los Angeles and Shanghai, to the home of the brand, Florence, it is most definitely worth a watch, even if it is purely for the gorgeous visuals. With plenty of exciting twists and turns in the tale, it’s a great little watch, and perfect viewing for an extended coffee break!
