Emmy’s 2013: Best Dressed
The Emmys are always one of the most star studded events and this year’s bash didn’t fail to disappoint. Celebrating American TV was the focus of the night, however our focus was more on the variety of jaw dropping gowns on the red carpet. Here are our favourite frocks from the night.
Mad Men star Elisabeth Moss oozed pure Hollywood glamour in a monochrome Andrew GN gown. It was perfectly styled with a simple metallic clutch to make the most of the floor-length dress.
January Jones looked simply amazing in a nude laser cut Givenchy creation. Waved hair and huge diamond earrings really made the look, a far cry from her flouncy Mad Men costumes.
Kaley Cuoco’s Vera Wang fairy tale style gown contrasted perfectly with the red carpet. We love the boned corset detail on the bodice.
Kiernan Shipka is really blossoming in this Delpozo dress. We only wish we were as stylish at 13! Strappy sandals and a simple ponytail left the dress to do all the talking.
Kelly Osbourne’s wardrobe just keeps getting better and better. We love this Jenny Packham maxi dress; Greek goddess with a glamorous edge.
Michelle Dockerty’s Prada colour blocked dress was truly lust-worthy! The halter neck and contrasting aubergine skirt was truly stunning.
Rose Byrne opted for the colour of the season: Pink! Her custom Calvin Klein dress was simple yet stylish. Styled to perfection with metallic accessories.
Co-host for the night Zooey Dechannel looked every inch glamorous in a sky blue floor length J.Mendal dress. Her loose curls and Chanel jewels really polished the look off.
Allison Williams cobalt blue custom Ralph Lauren dress was utterly chic. Her gold bangles and relaxed hair added an effortless appeal that we loved!
Breaking Bad star Anna Gunn nailed the lace overlay trend in her Romano Kevela dress. Teamed with simple jewels and a black clutch bag she looked utterly opulent.
