The Beauty Column: Online Beauty Breakdown

Tracking down the best places to buy your beauty bits online can be a long, laborious task. Shopping from the comfort of your own home (okay, bed) can be a lot more appealing than traipsing round Boots for three hours and returning home with your hands looking like a three year old has been given free reign with a pack of felt tips. Yes swatching, I’m talking about you.

Want to know another annoying thing about shopping in store apart from gaining dead arm syndrome and suffering the lack of air con? Having to root though the underneath draws in a desperate attempt to find the shade you’ve been looking for for the past three days. Online stores offer waaay much more choice and you don’t even have to get dressed. If that’s not the definition of luxury then please, tell me what is.

The beauty of this week’s column, is that I’m going to do all the hard work for you so all you have to do is click away and add the highlighter you’ve been eyeing up for weeks to your online basket. Pair that with Paypal which eliminates the whole entering your card details thing, which is enough to put anyone off buying online, and you’ve got yourself a quick, easy and efficient way to feed your beauty addiction.

Of course you can opt for the Boots or Superdrug website, but if you want even more choice, head over to Feel Unique – Europe’s largest online premium beauty retailer. It’s the insiders guide to the world’s best beauty products and with free worldwide delivery on orders over £50, can you resist? Mainland UK standard delivery will cost you £3.95 if you want to reign your spending in a little.
