Valentine’s Va Va Voom with Black Cow Vodka

Get creative and inject some Va Va Voom with your tipple and whip up some impressive (but easy!) cocktails.  Our favourite recipe for Valentine’s Day ? It has to be the Dirty Cow Martini – of course!

The Dirty Cow Martini Cocktail

DIRTY COW MARTINI

50ml Black Cow vodka

Dry Vermouth

Olives in Olive Brine

 

Pour the Black Cow, splash of dry vermouth and olive brine according to your taste into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake well.  Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into a chilled glass and add an olive.

 

Mos'Cow' Mule Cocktail

PINK COW AND TONIC

50ml Black Cow Vodka

Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Tonic Water

Squeeze of lemon juice

Slice of lemon and sprig of thyme

 

Pour the Black Cow and a good dash of Angostura into an ice filled glass. Top with tonic, add a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with lemon and thyme.

MOS’COW’ MULE

35ml Black Cow Vodka

Juice of half a lime

15ml honey & ginger syrup

Ginger beer

Garnish with mint and lime

 

Add all the ingredients, except the ginger beer, to an ice filled glass. Stir until sufficiently chilled then top up with ginger beer and garnish.

EXPRESSO MARTINI

50ml fresh, cooled espresso

50ml Black Cow

10ml maple syrup

Shake hard over ice and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Skinny Cow Cocktail Long Glass

50 ml Black Cow Vodka

Juice 1/2 lime

Soda Water

Cayenne Pepper

Add all the ingredients except the soda in an ice filled glass. Stir until sufficiently chilled then top with soda and garnish with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and lime slices.
