It covers the ancient wellbeing philosophy of Ayurveda but in the form of ‘three simple wisdoms’. Claire teaches you how to reinvigorate and create a balance to your everyday life by realising the importance of improving gut health, sleep patterns and stress management to essentially energise your body and mind. This has been one of our favourite reads this month.
